MrFit365 is committed to protecting athlete privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control your information across the MrFit365 mobile app, web services, and related sites.

Information We Collect

We collect data to deliver adaptive training and coaching experiences, including:

  • Account details: Name, email address, password hashes, and subscription status.
  • Training data: Workout logs, exercise history, readiness inputs, and session feedback stored to personalize programming.
  • Device data: Device identifiers, OS version, and app diagnostics used for performance monitoring and security.
  • Support interactions: Messages or attachments you provide when you contact our team for assistance.

How We Use Data

  • Deliver core app functionality, including adaptive workout planning and analytics.
  • Maintain account security, detect abuse, and protect platform integrity.
  • Improve product performance through aggregate analytics and anonymized insights.
  • Provide support responses and operational communications.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. MrFit365 shares data only with trusted processors who help us deliver the service (cloud infrastructure, authentication, analytics). Each partner is obligated to follow GDPR-compliant safeguards and use your data solely for our stated purposes.

International Transfers

MrFit365 operates globally. When data moves across borders, we use recognized transfer mechanisms and contractual clauses to ensure adequate protection for your personal information.

Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to:

  • Access, update, or delete your personal data stored with MrFit365.
  • Export a machine-readable copy of your training records.
  • Object to certain forms of processing or withdraw consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Data Retention

We keep account data while your subscription remains active. After cancellation, workout logs and profile information are archived for up to 180 days, then securely deleted unless legal obligations require longer retention.

Security

MrFit365 encrypts data in transit and at rest, enforces granular access controls, and runs ongoing security reviews. We recommend enabling multi-factor authentication once available in your region.

Children's Privacy

MrFit365 is built for adults and young adults aged 16+. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. Guardians can contact us to remove data for any minor who created an account in error.

Policy Updates

When we make material changes, we notify you in-app or via email. Continued use of MrFit365 after updates takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
